Client had an existing Magento2 website, which was incorrectly set up hence he wanted to upgrade and wanted to update existing website to a new theme, migrate data from 2 to 2.2, custom styling for mobile view, wanted to add new sections on home page and set up payment gateway.
Client magento1 site was not functioning properly
Was not happy with layout and design
